我們報告一個48歲的病人在3年前因為乳突性腎臟腎細胞癌接受根除性腎臟切除手術和部份輸尿管切除手術併發乳突性腎臟腎細胞癌轉移到殘餘輸尿管和膀胱的現象。我們以輸尿管切除合併膀胱袖口切除手術來治療輸尿管轉移的部分。以經尿道內視鏡切除膀胱轉移部分並在腫瘤切除後以BCG膀胱灌注治療。

We report on a 48-year-old man with ureteral stump and bladder metastases of papillary renal cell carcinoma 3 years after undergoing a radical nephrectomy and partial ureterectomy for a right renal tumor histologically proven to be papillary renal cell carcinoma. The metastatic lesions were then treated with a ureterectomy, bladder cuff excision, transurethral resection of the secondary bladder tumor.
