臨床上目前對於陰莖壞疽的病例報告很有限且亦沒有有效的治療方法。我們在此提出一位59歲男性患者有多種糖尿病變後後遺症，亦有慢性腎衰竭長期接受洗腎。來院時已呈現雙趾及龜頭壞疽，雖然已接受陰莖局部切除及抗生素合併治療，但效果並不理想。患者最後因敗血症及多重糖尿病病變而不治。文獻上報告，傷口清瘡並治療慢性疾病是愈早處理愈好，否則患者的預後並不好。

Few case reports regarding penile gangrene have been published. There is no optimal clinical treatment. A 59-year-old man with multiple complications of diabetes mellitus (DM) and uremia on hemodialysis presented with bilateral foot and penile gangrene. Although a partial penectomy and concurrent antibiotics were provided, the patient died due to sepsis and DM complications. In the literature, it was found that it is important to control the underlying systemic disease and provide good debridement of the wound as early as possible, or the prognosis is poor.
