腕踝針是從腕部和踝部取相應的點，進行皮下針刺來治療疾病的一種針刺療法。腕踝針療法的特點有三，簡單方便、安全無痛、應用範圍廣等方面。腕踝針療法其理論方向有神經理論和經絡理論。本文就下肢運動障礙病例探討腕踝針療法及體會。

Carpus and ankle Acupuncture was a corresponding point therapy from Wrist and ankle to human organism. This therapy used a method of subcutaneous acupuncture to treat disease. There are three characteristics of wrist-ankle acupuncture, simple, safe painless and wide application. We explored the carpus and ankle acupuncture theory with neurological and meridian options.This study exported the carpus and ankle acupuncture for lower limb movement disorder case.
