本研究旨在評估推拿從業人員肌肉骨骼不適及相關危害風險因素。以NMQ(Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire)問卷調查九家醫療業推拿從業人員,共發出69份問卷,分別暴露組35人對照組34人。結果發現推拿師自述身體有不適症狀者佔64.2%,其中自覺身體肌肉骨骼不適以下背部86.3%為最高;行政人員自述身體有不適症狀者31.7%。結果亦顯示不同公司推拿師工作類型與作業方式相似,且肌肉骨骼傷害不適及比例,無顯著差異。但同一公司推拿師與行政人員,因工作類型不同其肌肉骨骼不適比率與不適部位有顯著差異。推拿師肌肉骨骼不適方面有53.5%認為一部份與工作有關。整體而言,推拿師之肌肉骨骼不適比一般行政人員和全產業者為高,其風險因子為受限的工作空間及姿勢等需定期實施健康檢查,確保勞工的身體健康。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to evaluate musculoskeletal injuries and their risk factors of onsite masseur. The first, a total of 69 (Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire, NMQ) questionnaires were distributed to on-site assemblers in nine masseur companies. The exposure group had 35 masseur and 34 administrative staffs (control group).After analyzing the data, this study found that 64.2 % of masseur reported physical discomforts. Of which, musculoskeletal discomforts in the lower back had
the highest percentage of reporting at 86.3%. 31.7% of administrative personnel reported physical discomforts. The results of the study also showed that for masseur working in different companies but with similar type of work and operation, there was no significant difference in the locations and the proportion of musculoskeletal injuries. But for the masseur and administrative personnel working in the same company, there was a significant difference in the locations and proportion of musculoskeletal discomforts due to different types of work involved. 53.5% of masseur believed the musculoskeletal discomforts to be partially work related.Overall, the proportion of musculoskeletal discomforts for on-site masseur was higher than that of ordinary administrative personnel and the entire industry. The risk factors include restricted work space, improper work posture. It was recommended that the masseur should improved the installations and draw up a plan to keep up with every individuals’ health status.
