亞健康狀態是指介於健康與生病的一種低體質狀態，可以往壞的方向，惡化成疾病；也可以往好的方向，使身體恢復健康。不吃藥的生活、強調自癒功能，遠離癌細胞等等是適現代人追求的生活態度。經由中醫體質學說，可以對其與亞健康狀態的病因病機、臨床表現、預防治療等方面進行了理論闡述。基於預防醫學的觀念，本文就現代中醫研究或者輔助及另類醫療方式，來探討對於亞健康狀態的評估和診斷，進而追求人們身心狀態的健康。

Sub-health status was a sensitive physical state between health and illness. It may be turned featuring physiological function deterioration or in good health. The trends in attitudes toward life of people were without taking medicine, emphasizing self-healing cure and keeping away from cancer.Sub-health attracted our attention to explore it from three aspects: etiology,pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, prevention and treatment through traditional Chinese medicine constitution theory. For prevention of human life, this paper discussed to research the assessment and diagnosis of sub-health by Chinese medicine study or CAM therapy. Therefore, we could be in pursuit of a better state of physical
and mental human healthy care.
