中醫診斷法眾多，本文介紹屬於局部望診的眼睛診斷法。在眼睛結膜位置出現瘀血點，表示有內傷，血管末梢的瘀血點稱為報傷點。報傷點在眼球上半部反映背、腰及上肢有傷；下半部反映胸及下肢有傷；在眼兩側結合膜，反映雙側腋脅有傷；左眼反映傷在身體左側；右眼反映傷在身體右側。報傷點顏色淡，表示傷在氣分；顏色黑，表示傷在血分；若血管出現螺旋形或怒張，表示劇烈疼痛。
