雖然小細胞癌在肺臓並不少見，而且對全身性化學治療反應良好。然而小細胞癌原發於泌尿道卻是相當罕見。本報告是我們醫院從1998年以來的7個原發性膀胱小細胞癌的病例。所有的病人都以血尿爲最初的發病表徵。由影像學或膀胱鏡檢查均可以發現腫瘤。因爲膀胱小細胞癌惡性度高，又有顯著的侵犯性，所以治療上建議做較積極性的策略，如手術及化學治療等。

Small cell carcinomas are not uncommon in the lungs, and they usually respond to systemic chemotherapy well. However, primary small cell carcinomas of the urinary tract are rare. We analyzed the clinical data of 7 patients who suffered from primary small cell carcinoma of the urinary b ladder in our hospital since 1998. All of them presented with gross hematuria as the initial symptom, and all of the tumors were found without difficulty via either urography or cystoscopy. Since the behavior of the tumor 15 usually aggressive, a more-advanced treatment strategy including adequate surgery and adjuvant therapy 15 highly recommended.
