Castleman’s disease，或稱為血管濾泡淋巴結增生，是少見的非典型淋巴增生疾病。目前文獻上只有極少數和上泌尿道相關或是腎周圍的個案，而當中只有一個案例是位於腎臟。我們報告一位有左腎中葉的單一透明一血管型Castleman’s disease的五十歲男性。在接受左腎根除術後的兩年追蹤並沒有復發。相關文獻也在此回顧。

Castleman’s disease, or angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia, is a rare atypical lymphoproliferative disorder. Few cases have been reported in relation to the upper urinary tract or a pararenal location, and only 1 case has been reported in the kidney in the world literature. We report on a 50-year old male with solitary Castleman’s disease of hyaline-vascular type located in the middle pole of the left kidney. The patient underwent frozen sectioning of the lesion followed by a radical nephrectomy. There was no evidence of disease recurrence in 2 years of follow-up after surgery. The relevant literature is reviewed.
