醫因性膀胱破裂在內視鏡手術是一個常見的併發症，立即作膀胱的修補常可以有不錯的癒後。它常見的表徵包括腹痛、血尿、漏尿，而本案例為後腹腔的膀胱破裂，膀胱鏡不易察覺，而以巨大皮下氣腫來表現，我們查證論文並未見有類似案例，故陳敘此文以為教學之用。

latrogenic bladder rupture is a common complication, particularly in transurethral endoscopic surgery, and an emergent cystorraphy is indicated for a good outcome. Symptoms include abdominal pain, hematuria, and urine leakage. Herein we report on a highly atypical case of iatrogenic retroperitoneal bladder rupture presenting with massive subcutaneous emphysema; no comparable case was found in the literature.
