一位七十一歲的女士她患有巨大的膀胱憩室，直徑長達十幾公分，我們使用了經腹腔的腹腔鏡切除手術。手術時的重點為使用術前雙J型導管置放、隨時使用膀胱鏡來檢查憩室頸部以及使用不透水的體內縫合等等。較短的住院時間以及病患的迅速復原提供了我們另一種有效手術的選擇。

A 71-year-old woman with a 15 x 10-cm giant bladder diverticulum was successfully treated with a 4-trocar transperitoneal laparoscopic method. Under laparoscopic magnification, the ureter was not injured when the diverticulum was excised at the inferior lateral region of the urinary bladder. With cystoscopic guidance, the margin of resection during laparoscopic excision was precisely determined. The bladder defect was closed with continuous, watertight intracorporeal laparoscopic suturing. The postoperative course was smooth, and the hospital stay was 4 days. The postoperative cystogram showed no residual diverticulum over the original site.
