Lidocaine 是一種泌尿科常用的局部麻醉劑，嚴重的副作用很少見。在尿道灌注lidocaine後，發生全身性痙攣的報告，文獻上只有一例。我們報告兩例在尿道灌注lidocaine後，發生全身性痙攣的病例，並回顧相關文獻，分析其危險因子，以作為以後預防發生的參考。

Lidocaine is commonly used to facilitate catheterization and cystoscopy in urology. Lidocaine, when used for topical anesthesia, has mild side effects such as disorientation, drowsiness, perioral numbness, muscle twitching, vertigo, and tinnitus occasionally. However, its severe side effects, such as hypersensitivity, seizures, respiratory depression, and arrhythmia, are rare with topical use. Only 1 published report about seizures after urethral instillation was found. We report on 2 cases with lidocaine-induced seizures after intraurethral instillation and review the related literature to analyze the risk factors.
