This study mainly adopts kansei engineering method to build a wine evaluation model. First, the researcher randomly sampled 30 wine brands by layers in order to analyze their influence components. Main influence component analysis included six main items,namely, soluble solids, pH value, titratable acidity,alcoholic strength, residual sugar, and price. Second,data for component analysis were through grey relational grade in grey system theory to build the wine ranking. Finally, after the rank of each influence component is found, then, by using significant in rough
set to find the weighting for each influence component in the wine. The result shows that the three main factors influence wine are price, pH value and titratable acidity,it is quite matching the current situation.
