為加深和優化懸臂結構設計,從正多邊形截面幾何性質入手,對其受彎力學性能展開具體研究,並應用於實際工程。研究表明:在同樣材料條件下,正四邊形截面單位勁度最佳,抗變形能力最強;控制截面彎曲應力與荷載作用方向有關,在不定向荷載作用下,圓形截面抵抗彎矩能力最佳,在定向荷載作用下,正四邊形截面抵抗彎矩能力最佳。工程算例結果分析表明:控制截面彎曲應力與懸臂結構上下部彎矩比值有關。當上部彎矩較大時,對看板柱,宜採用正四邊形;當下部彎矩較大時,如照明燈柱,宜採用正十六邊形或圓形。結論可直接為實際工程設計提供參考和指導。

英文摘要

Flexural mechanical properties of regular polygon sections were studied to optimize the design of cantilever structures. The results demonstrated that square sections possess optimal stiffness and anti-deforming capabilities. The flexural stress of sections is relevant to load direction. Bending resistance capability is optimal when circular sections are used for random load, whereas squares are optimal for directional load. Engineering examples indicate that the flexural stress of sections is also associated with the ratio of the upper and lower bending moment. The column section of most billboards should be square if the upper area is larger. Otherwise, similar to road lighting, the column section can be a circle or have 16 regular sides. This is a crucial guideline for the design of actual projects.
