本文以理論分析法，由學校領導觀點探討促動組織學習發展進而提升組織創造力之可能。研究中，首先，探討學校領導之意涵與單一領導之侷限，其次，探討組織學習之意涵與發展重要向度，並剖析其與組織創造力對於組織發展所具有的共同影響面向。再其次，經由探討結果，提出學校領導基於參與決定機制，產生領導重要影響－價值性、信任、社群歸屬感是為促動組織學習以提升組織創造力之核心要素。最後，依據研究結果提出實施策略與具體措施。

This paper use research method of theoretical analysis, the point of view of school leadership to motivate the development of organizational learning and thus enhance the creativity of the organization may be.
