本文探討《莊子》身體觀全幅面貌。筆者發現《莊子》一書主要從三個面向展現其 對身體的洞察：一是從禮教身體的批判觀點入手，呈現出符號解構的精神；其次從工匠 身體的觀照角度入手，呈現出技藝融入的精神；其三則由真人身體的超越面向入手，呈 現氣化交換的精神。文中進一步分析這三個面向間的辯證關係，最後將《莊子》身體觀 的圓融姿態，界定在符號身體與氣化身體的統合無礙。

This paper discusses the holistic view of the body in Zhuangzi 莊子. Zhuangzi’s treatment of the body can be analyzed from three angles. First, criticism of the body from a ritual and propriety aspect expresses a spirit of symbol deconstruction. Second, the artisanal view of the body sees it as a spirit of blending techniques. Third, from a transcendent view of the body of the zhenren (True Man), a spirit of exchange of qi 氣 transformation is expressed. This paper further analyzes the dialectical relationship among these three aspects. Finally, a complete view of the body in Zhuangzi is defined in the seamless integration of the body as a symbol and the qi transformation of the body.
