本研究以各軍種連級輔導長260人為受試樣本,旨在探究國軍連輔導長知覺組織支持與工作心流經驗對於其工作績效的影響。研究工具包括「工作心流經驗量表」、「連輔導長工作績效量表」和「連輔導長知覺組織支持量表」。研究結果如下:1.知覺部隊支持會正向直接影響任務績效;2.知覺部隊支持會正向直接影響情境績效;3.知覺主管支持會正向直接影響情境績效;4.知覺部隊支持會正向直接影響個人的工作心流經驗;5.個人的工作心流經驗會正向影響任務績效;6.工作心流經驗會正向直接影響情境績效;7.工作心流經驗在知覺部隊支持及任務績效兩者的關係上具有中介效果;8.工作心流經驗在知覺部隊支持及情境績效兩者的關係上具有中介效果。最後,研究者針對國軍連輔導長工作績效模式驗證結果與未來研究提出相關建議。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of perceived organizational support and work flow on job performance of company chief counselors. 260 company chief counselors were involved and three inventories including Company Chief Counselor’s Perceived Organizational Support Inventory(CCCPOSI), Work Flow Experience Inventory(WFEI), and Company Chief Counselor’s Job Performance Inventory(CCCJPI)were used to investigate the causal relationship by using structural equation modeling(SEM). The results suggested that:(1)The perceived organizational support had significant direct effect on both task performance and contextual performance;(2)The perceived leader support had significant direct effect on contextual performance;(3)The perceived organizational support had significant direct effect on work flow experience;(4)The work flow experience had significant direct effect on both task performance and contextual performance;(5)The work flow experience had intervening effect of perceived organizational support to both task performance and contextual performance. Discussion and reccommendations for future study and military settings were suggested in the end of this study.
