網路傳播科技促使大量且多元資訊,匯聚在網路平台上進行傳播與分享,不但打破傳統媒體之間的界限,引發數位匯流與媒體匯流發展趨勢,更讓原本各自獨立的資訊、通訊及傳播產業,越來越難以區隔。本研究觀察當前數位匯流現象,及美國國防部與中共軍事媒體,運用網路多媒體,進行其軍事傳播現況,同時並探討國軍面對「量少、質精、戰力強」的建軍理念,所屬傳播媒體專業單位,應如何掌握網路科技潮流,對組織編制、指揮領導、新聞產製內容進行整合與運用,塑造國軍優質形象,並積極開發民間網路資源為我所用,拓展行銷傳播,以做為未來精進方向。如今網路媒介已經對傳統媒介造成巨大衝擊與影響,國軍傳播媒體應認清網路新媒介特質與媒體經營趨勢,將文宣資源予以跨媒體整合、相互支援,融合文字、圖片、動畫、電視、廣播的媒體力量,運用網路媒體無遠弗屆的特性,有效發揮新聞傳播媒體戰力。

英文摘要

Internet communication technology promotes massive and dynamic information to be gathered, communicated and shared on its platform. It not only breaks the boundary of traditional media and triggered the trend between digital and media convergence, but also let previously isolated information and communication industry to be indistinguishable.This research observes the current phenomenon of digital convergence, media channels from U.S Defense Department and PROC Military's usage of internet media to communicate its current military status. Meanwhile, it also explores and discusses ROC military's media unit's mastering of internet technology trends and its impact on organization structure, leadership, media production's integration and usage with the purpose of building superior image, utilizing civilian internet resource and pioneering marketing communication as a direction for future improvement under the current military construction philosophy of
