面對變動迅速複雜的世界,組織變革成為必然的趨勢,如何運用管理,因應組織變革,遂成為當前組織理論研究的重要議題之一。企業界和學界都積極投入變革管理的研究與實踐,藉由推動組織變革,強化組織的競爭能力,以達成組織變革的目標。領導者的能力常是組織變革能否成功的重要關鍵因素之一,軍事領導者與企業領導者都是主導組織變革,雖然兩者所處的組織不同,目的、型態、結構、功能與程序也有所不同,但在因應組織變革與變革管理上,方法仍是相同的。軍事領導所培養與具有的能力是否能應用於組織變革管理,則是本文所要嘗試探索的議題。
Facing rapid change of the world, organization change is becoming inevitable trend. How to apply management to cope with organization change is turning to be one of the most important subjects of current organization theory study. The enterprises and the schools plunge into organization change research and practice enthusiastically. By driving organization change and enforcing the organization's capability of competition to achive the purpose of organization change. Organization change can succeed or not, that is the most key element of the leader's capability. Both military and enterprise leaders lead organization change. Although they are in different organizations and object, form、structure 、function and procedure of organization is dissimilar also, the method of managing organization change is still alike. In this text, we try to explore the capability of the military leaders which have cultivated whether can apply to managing organization change or not.
