中文摘要

本研究以侖道假體(Rando Phantom)代替病患模擬冠狀動脈介入性治療中的X光照射時間,分析病患在檢查與治療過程中接受的輻射劑量。本研究根據新光醫院心導管室2008年病患服務量,依據治療型式分為四組,分別為(1)診斷;(2)治療一條血管;(3)治療兩條血管;(4)治療三條血管。統計每組接受X光透視和照像的時間之平均值作為模擬照射時間之依據;並以熱發光劑量計(GR-200 and GR-200F)在侖道假體佈點,佈點器官分別為腦部、甲狀腺、食道、肺、乳房、肝臟、脊椎、胃、腎臟、結腸、膀胱、性腺和皮膚。將熱發光劑量計進行計讀,可得知各佈點器官之吸收劑量;分別乘以該器官之輻射加權因數後可得到有效劑量值。結果顯示,每組的有效劑量分別為8.74,14.63,30.13,81.43mSv。這樣的劑量不會對病患產生確定效應,但是仍不能忽略機率效應可能對病患造成的傷害。

英文摘要

This study is aimed to measure patients' radiation dose during the percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedure with TLD and Rando phantom. This study targeted on the service amount of cardiac catheterization laboratory of Shin Kong Hospital during 2009. Potential samplers were divided into four groups; the exposure time of each group varied. Rando phantom, TLD GR-200 and GR-200F chips were used in this study to measure the possible radiation exposure to the human body. The effective dose of four groups are 8.74, 14.63, 30.13, 81.43 mSv, respectively. According to the results, the nonstochastic effects did not occur, but stochastic effect should not be ignored. The result is intended to offer concrete suggestion and valuable information to help the cardiologists to aware the potential radiation injury and take responsibility to reduce the patients' radiation dose.
