本文通過對晚清梨園花譜的寫作動機、文字風格、作者群、讀者群及其出版流傳狀況的考察,試圖揭示花譜在晚清的北京作為一種士人階層特有的流行讀物之特質及其社會影響和作用。
In examining the late Qing theatre "flower guides" in relation to authorial motivation, literary style, circles of authorships/readership, and circulation, this paper seeks to identify the defining elements and significance of what was a popular genre specific to the literati class in Beijing during the late Qing.
