目的：檢測CAV-1、MMP-2 在尋常性銀屑病患者皮損中表達，探討在銀屑病發病機理中的作用。方法：採用免疫組化SP 檢測65 例尋常性銀屑病患者皮損中CAV-1、MMP-2 表達強度， 15 例正常人作為對照組。結果：銀屑病皮損中MMP-2 表達強度明顯高於正常對照組(P<0.01); CAV-1 表達強度則低於對照組(P<0.05). CAV-1 表達與MMP-2 表達強度呈負相關(r=-0.425，P<0.01)。結論：CAV-1/MMP-2 表達的失衡和MMP-2 高表達可能參與了銀屑病發病過程。

Objective: To explore the expression ofcaveolin-1 (CAV-1)and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)in patients with psoriasis vulgarisand its clinical significance. Methods：Thebiopsies were taken from skin lesions in 65patients with psoriasis vulgaris and the skin ofl5 normal controls. The expression of CAV-1and MMP-2 were detected by the SPimmunohistochemical method. Results: Theexpression level of MMP-2 in psoriasisvulgaris were significantly higher than that inthe normal controls(P<0.01); the expression ofCAV-1 in psoriasis vulgaris were lower that inthe controls(P<0.05).CAV-1 was negativeassociated with MMP-2 in psoriasis vulgaris(r=-0.425 ， P<0.01). Conclusion: It wasconcluded that CAV-1、MMP-2 might playimportant roles in the occurrence andprogression of psoriasis, which suggested thatCAV-1 might inhibit secretion of MMP-2.Downregulation of CAV-1 that may serve as anaetiological factor in the development ofpsoriasis.The overexpression of MMP-2 couldbe responsible for cell-cell and cell-matrixchanges noted in psoriatic epidermis.Furthermechanistic investigations are required withthe potential that CAV-1/MMP-2 protein maybe a novel target for therapy of psoriasis.
