約有7%的學齡兒童(6-12 歲)仍為尿床所苦，西醫的治療包括防潮閙鈴、抗利尿激素類藥物(desmopressin) 、抗膽鹼藥物(anticholinergics)、三環抗憂鬱劑(imipramine)皆有其成效，但價格昂貴、副作用頗多，不少患者轉而接受中醫治療。以下擬由一個中醫治療小兒遺尿的驗案為出發點，探討中西醫期刊文獻治療小兒遺尿的思路。

About 7% children of school aged between 6-12 years are frustrated with Nocturnal Enuresis.The treatment of Western medicine including enuresis alarm, desmopressin, anticholinergics andimipramine is effective, but it has the disadvantage of high charge and side effects. Therefore, manypatients accept traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Based on a review of Chinese medicine andwestern medicine periodicals, literatures and textbooks and a case study, we tried to discuss thetreatment approaches to nocturnal enuresis in order to offer some reference for clinical treatment.
