眼痛、斜視、複視是眼科常見的疾病，需要詳查病因。原因不明確的痛性眼肌麻痺通常是妥洛沙－韓特症候群（Tolosa-Hunt Syndrome, THS）。症狀為眼眶區域疼痛合併眼肌的麻痺，多為單側，造成斜視、複視現象。本病例報告結合中西醫治療，處理突發性左眼痛合併斜視、複視症狀，以西藥合併中醫電針治療，明顯縮短治療療程，使患者於一個月內即痊癒恢復如常。

People often come to ophthalmology clinic for ask treatment of eye pain, strabismus, and diplopia, etc. Painful ophthalmoplegia with unknown cause was usually diagnosed with Tolosa-Hunt Syndrome. The symptoms include pain in the eyes with dynamic muscle paralysis, unilateral strabismus or diplopia. In this case one 60-year-old male who was suffered from THS was treated well with integrative therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine, then he recovered in just one month. Combined with the electro-acupuncture, treatment process was significantly reduced to one month also reveals better quality of care. We should to do much more in this way.
