肝為五臟之一，肝病證治，同樣散見於六經諸篇。特別是少陽和厥陰兩篇，肝病之多，範圍之廣，病機之雜，在五臟病中，實居首位。在收集整理《傷寒論》中有關研究資料發現，仲景對治肝法論述頗詳。他靈活運用《內經》溫清補瀉的治療原則，為治療肝病創立寒熱並用、補瀉兼施之大法，並創制一系列治肝經典名方。本論文對仲景《傷寒論》治肝法及其用方之臨床運用進行全面分析，整理總結其治肝方之臨床應用文獻資料，深入闡發其理論和用藥特點。《傷寒論》對於肝病的證治，既有法可效，又有方可循，不但含有豐富的肝病證治內容，而且亦創立了自身的治肝特點和規律。這些特點規律，一直有效地指導著肝病的治療，且為中醫肝病證治理論奠定了基礎。通過對仲景《傷寒論》肝病證治特點、規律及用方的探析，汲取精華，旨在開拓經方的臨床應用，提高肝病之臨床療效，為揭示《傷寒論》治肝法的實質提供重要線索與資訊，為今人研製治療肝病新方提供思路與依據。

Liver is one of the five organs. The treatment of liver problem has been discussed all over the "On Cold Damage", especially in the Lesser Yang and Jue Yin chapters. Liver problem is the top one among five organ diseases in its complex mechanism and extensiveness.While collecting relative information in the "On Cold Damage", we have found that Chong-Jing has detailed description in treating liver problems. He used treatment principles of warm, cleansing, supplement and purged to create a method that utilizing both cold and warm, supplement and purge in treating liver problems and has formed a series of classic liver treating formulas. This article extensively analyzes liver-treating methods in "On Cold Damage" and their clinical application based on theory and herb characteristics. "On Cold Damage" not only provides theory and formula for liver problems, but also has its own treatment specs and rhythm that guides the treatment of liver problems and provides foundation for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of liver problems in Chinese medicine.Analyzing the treatment specs, rhythm and prescription in liver problems in "On Cold Damage" can open a new road to the clinical application of classic formulas and to improve the clinical effectiveness. It provides important information from the "On Cold Damage" to future new formula development in treating liver problems.
