一位年輕男性全身起紅褐色丘疹已兩年，大小約直徑0.5-1cm，不癢不痛，表皮無潰爛，但病灶會在真皮內潰爛，潰爛時表皮略浮腫按壓微痛，周圍成淡紅色發炎狀，待水痘乾竭成痂後，疹呈黑色，痂不掉，若將痂除掉，病灶呈凹陷狀，再生痂仍呈黑色，表面變平，病灶處有色素沉積。曾至某醫學中心做切片檢查，診斷為慢性苔癬水痘樣糠疹，接受光療及西醫治療並無改善。2009 年9 月2日至本院中醫部就診，發現紅疹與結痂處除臉部外全身皆有，病灶密度約1-2顆／5cm2，大腿及臀部特別密集，病灶呈圓型，界限明顯，疹出時並無癢痛感，潰後結痂不易消退。我們的治療原則以益氣養血，托裡排毒，清熱活血為主，治療約三個月後，症狀有明顯改善。

A young male patient had suffered from red-brown papules, about the size diameter of for two years. No itching, no pain. No ulceration on the surface of skin, but festered in the dermis, causing edema of the epidermis, slight pain arose when pressing the skin and inflammation around the papules area. After varicella drying and turning into crusts, black papules were shown. When the crusts were removed, indentation was shown on the nidus. Regeneration continued to show a black scab, and the surface of skin becoming flat. It showed pigmentation on the nidus.The patient was diagnosed as Pityriatis lichenoides varioliformis chronica by a slide examination from a medical center. Treatment of phototherapy and western medicine were ineffective. On the 2nd of September, 2009, he came to our Chinese medicine department for treatment. The red papules and crusts were found all over the patient’s body except for face. The density of the nidus was about 1-2 papules per 5 square centimeter, especially highly concentrated around both thighs and hips. The shape of nidus was round and obvious, with no pain or itchiness accompanied when festering. The papules did not declined easily after festering. Fundamentally, treatments of boosting qi and nourishing the blood, expelling toxin from interior, clearing heat and quickening the blood were given. About three months later, the symptoms obviously improved.
