Integration among employees can yield significant firm’s outcome. This study exploresthe design of optimal employee integration model by the evolution of the literature onintegration properties that are highlighted starting from the development of the last over twentyyears. According to the integration literatures, the effective usage profile of employee integrationmodel derived that accommodates three distinct types of integration mechanism:employee-based integration, information-based integration, and formalization-based integrationamong employees, and some combinations thereof, that exist in many function linkage contextswhich induce task interdependence effort. The analytic levels demonstrate outcome linkage callfor harmonious function of workgroups how, by optimally reflecting employee level and taskinterdependence level integrated. The results, through the literatures’ supported findings, showthat there exists the effects and efficient way of employee integration model on firm’s outcome.
