本文旨在發展一新型電動割草機,利用直流有刷馬達取代傳統以內燃機引擎作為割草機的動力源,以二次電池供應電動割草機工作所需之電力,進而使電動割草機獲得低振動、低噪音、啟動容易、無空氣污染、可作業範圍大和使用成本低等優點。電動割草機控制器係結合降壓式轉換器和人性化控制界面等功能設計而成。為實驗方便,已完成實驗室等級電動割草機雛型建立。為驗證本文所提之電動割草機的可行性及功能,本文透過對實驗雛型進行一系列的實驗與數據收集,確認本文所提電動割草機控制器性能確實可行。

英文摘要

This paper aims at developing a new type of electrical brush cutter. The mechanical power of the conventional intern al combustion engine-type brush cutter is replaced by a DC brush motor. Moreover, a rechargeable battery is supplied with the necessary electrical energy when the electrical brush cutter normally works. A lot of advantages are then obtained such as low vibration and acoustic noise, free of air pollution, wider operating range and cheaper using cost and soon. The system controller is composed of a buck converter and a very friendly operating interface. For convenience, an electrical brush cutter with experiment al scale has been established in the laboratory. Finally, in order to verify the feasibility and function of the electrical brush cutter, lots of experiments were done through the established prototype. According to the experimental results, the anticipated feasibility and operating function of the proposed electrical brush cutter were confirmed.
