中文摘要

本研究旨在建置早期療育整合性服務的模式,採用文獻分析、訪談、小組討論、觀察、焦點團體等方法進行服務模式建置研究。透過訪問身心障礙機構兼辦早期療育之實務工作人員,包括教保員、相關治療師及社工員等,蒐集目前實施早期療育服務之情形以及所遭遇的問題與困擾。透過北、中、南、東,4場焦點團體,蒐集各地區早療服務單位的實作經驗與意見。再經工作小組召開工作會議討論共達21次,完成了早期療育整合性服務架構,以及合宜的服務流程與操作方式等服務模式,以幫助早期療育日托機構,提升其服務品質。並針對不同服務型態內容與本模式的實作研究等提供未來研究建議。

英文摘要

In this study, we built up the integrating of early intervention service model by using literature analysis, interviews, group discussions, observation, and focus groups. By interviewing the practice staffs who work in disability agencies with early intervention, we tried to understand the current situations and problems they encountered for implementing early intervention. These agencies located in 4 areas (northern, eastern, central, and southern). With these staffs’ opinions and 21 times working conferences held by research team, we completed the integration of early intervention services and built up the service model with appropriate operation processes to help early intervention day-care institutions to enhance their service quality.
