中文摘要

Facebook是近年最多人使用之社群網站,其將朋友圈突破為開放式之架構,成為最具影響力之傳播平臺。圖書館如何善用此交流平臺顯性之群集效應,並避免隱私權之干擾行銷圖書館的服務,成為一個值得深思之議題。本文經由文獻探討發掘Facebook應用於圖書館的功能與相關議題,並分析國內大學與公共圖書館對Facebook之應用現況,提出建置圖書館Facebook之注意事項,並建議以政策的訂定、圖書館自我定位、定期更新與即時管理、隱私權的保護和圖書館服務加值等策略供同道參考。

英文摘要

In recent years, Facebook has become one of the most popular social networking sites in the world, it not only makes people easier to connect with each other, but also has a great influence in this generation. How to market library services with Facebook effectively, but avoid recessive interference of privacy is worth pondering. This study first examines the recent literature in Facebook, then observes the applications of Facebook in the academic and public libraries, finally propose some points for attention, then make five suggestions for the application of Facebook in the libraries.
