在遭遇來自不同利害關係人壓力,及面對外界形形色色的利益誘惑之際,校長如何把持真實的自我,不受外界誘惑?成為真誠領導者確有其必要。真誠領導強調領導者透過正確、穩固的價值觀與正直的人格,使其在面對外在的各種拉力時能具備高超的意志力,坦蕩面對自我,凝聚組織的信任度與向心力,進而與成員共同打造一個真誠良善的學校環境。 本文嘗試透過瞭解真誠領導的基本概念、實施原則,進而提出學校領導者在學校組織實施真誠領導之可行策略,供校長們參考,可行策略包括:一、發展正向心理資本。二、自我反思覺察自身價值。三、創建學校教育穩固的核心價值。四、塑造真誠組織氣候。五、建立堅強的支持團隊。六、對他人表達自我真誠。

英文摘要

It is necessary for school principals nowadays to be authentic leaders because they have to face pressure from diverse stakeholders and a circumstance which is full of temptation. Principals as authentic leaders not only hold the correct and stable values, but also the integrity. They have strong willpower to deal with allurements outside and shape sincere and honest school cultures, furthermore, agglomerating the trust and cohesion of their own schools. This article attempts to grasp the basic concepts and principles of authentic leadership, and provides some feasible strategies for school principals to practice authentic leadership. School principals who are devoted to be authentic leaders should (1) develop individual positive psychological capital; (2) perceive their own value through self-reflection; (3) establish stable core value of education for their schools; (4) build sincere atmosphere of school organization; (5) set up a strong educational team; and (6) show self-sincere to others.
