前人研究指出個人-工作契合度與個人-組織契合度可能有不明之關係。並且經由邏輯推理,組織國際化程度可能會對個人-工作契合度與個人-組織契合度的關係產生干擾效果。本研究以問卷方式收集資料,針對組織國際化程度不同之企業員工發出550 份問卷,刪除無效問卷之後,有效問卷為449 份,以層級迴歸分析進行研究假設之實證。研究結果顯示當員工之個人-工作契合度愈高,其個人-組織契合度亦愈高。組織國際化程度會對個人-工作契合度與個人-組織契合度之關係產生干擾效果,即組織國際化愈高時,個人工作契合度對個人組織契合度之正向關係會減弱。本研究依據實證結果提出實務建議與未來研究之建議。

英文摘要

The ecosystem and living environments of humans are being destroyed with the rapid development of technology. Global warming and climate changes have attracted attention in recent years. Experts believe that the main cause of the greenhouse effect is the increased concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Several countries are currently addressing environmental issues.
People blame manufacturers for the production of pollutants. As a member of global trading systems, the electronics industry in Taiwan is often restrained by international environmental law. Innovative and creative products play a vital role in sustainable corporate competition in the manufacturing industry in Taiwan. The reduction of carbon must be considered during periods of new product development to maintain the international competitiveness of Taiwan and avoid economic effects caused by international environmental law during the time of global warming and energy depletion. The methods and steps used in this study are based on product life cycles to analyze the factors that cause environmental effects during all phases of these life cycles. Green design was also one of the principles in the study. The study attempted to find an optimal green small-sized LCM design through reference discussions, expert interviews, and surveys. This study summarized six objectives and 28 evaluation indicators that can be used according to their weighted value in AHP to create a win-win situation between corporate competitiveness and environmental protection.
