本文旨在評析「石門水庫及其集水區整治計畫」崩塌地時空變遷歷程以及整治工程進駐前後保育治理成效。由時間尺度分析成果顯示,於整治計畫執行後集水區境內降雨引致崩塌面積漸有趨緩,尤以玉峰集水區最為顯著。另透過空間尺度分析成果可見,人為治理手段確實可有效加快崩塌地復育面積,於97 年薔蜜颱風後至98 年莫拉克颱風前,人為與自然復育率最大差異可達2.2 倍。
This study aims to evaluate both spatial and temporal changes associated with remediated landslides and remediation efficiency before and after implementation of the “Shih-Men Reservoir Watershed and Its Sub-Watershed Remediation Plan”. On a temporal scale, after the completion of remediation engineering, the amount of landslide area gradually has reduced. This trend was especially apparent in the Yufeng watershed. On a spatial scale, the benefits of artificial remediation efforts clearly accelerated the landslide area recovery process. From 2008, just after Typhoon Jangmi, to 2009, just before typhoon Morakot, the rate of remediated landslides recovered 2.2 times better than non-remediated landslides.
