台東縣大武鄉大鳥社區於2009年莫拉克颱風時發生重大土砂災害,本文針對災後大鳥社區之復建工程進行水文水理分析。從一日暴雨降雨頻率分析中,得知大鳥社區在莫拉克颱風時之24小時累積雨量及平均降雨強度均超過50年重現期距規模,而未達100年重現期距。另外選取連續24小時較具代表性的前五大颱風(或豪雨)事件進行雨型分析,並依據一日暴雨頻率分析成果配合該雨型利用三角型歷線推估流量,同時與2010年之幾次颱風事件進行比較分析。最後應用水文分析成果進行水理演算,以檢討大鳥社區災後復建工程之成效,水理演算結果顯示復建工程在50年重現期距設計標準且下游出口未淤積之情況下,通洪斷面及橋樑斷面均大致足夠。

英文摘要

Serious sediment disaster occurred in Daniau Community, Dawu Township, Taitung when Typhoon Morakot attacked Taiwan in 2009. Aiming at the reconstruction work in Daniau Community, this study preceded hydrological analyses. From the one-day rainfall frequency analysis, both the accumulated rainfall in 24 hours and the average rainfall intensity in Daniau Community during Typhoon Morakot exceeded the 50-year return period, but not the 100-year return period. Furthermore, the 24-hour rainfall patter of five top typhoons (or heavy rainfalls) were selected for analyses. Based on the one-day frequency analyses and the rainfall pattern, triangular unit hydrograph was utilized for estimating the stream discharge and comparing with the events of typhoons in 2010. Finally, the hydrological analyses were proceeded hydraulic calculations to discuss the effectiveness of the reconstruction works in Daniau Community after the disaster.
