本研究主要探討高雄港務局員工在組織變革過程中,所產生的不確定性與壓力來源,經由因素分析顯示員工主要的不確定性為「工作保障」、「地位喪失及資源減少」和「溝通疑慮」;而主要之組織變革壓力為「前程發展及職位確保憂慮」和「工作本質憂慮」。其中現階段高雄港員工最感到不確定的是溝通疑慮,而最憂慮的是工作本質。本研究亦發現不同性別填答者對於溝通疑慮有顯著之認知差異存在,不同婚姻狀況與年齡對工作本質憂慮之認知亦有顯著差異存在,最後,不同年齡與服務年資之填答者對工作保障亦有顯著認知差異存在。
This study aims to evaluate the organizational change uncertainty and pressure of employees for Kaohsiung port. Three organizational change uncertainty dimensions were identified based on factor analysis: job guaranty, lost of position and reduction of the available resource, and communicating anxiety. In addition, two organizational change pressures were also identified based on factor analysis: career development and job acquisition and work essence. Specifically, employees are very concerned about the communicating anxiety and worried about the work essence. Results also found that employees' perceptions on communicating anxiety, work essence, and job guaranty significantly differ between different groups regarding the gender, marital status, age, and working experience, respectively.
