本研究主要根據Selman 等人(1992)的人際關係三向模式理論,發展一份能測量15 歲以上青少年人際關係認知能力的量表。量表係經過一系列嚴謹的分析程序:第一階段的樣本為台灣北區417 位高中、職一年級的學生,所蒐集的資料用來進行項目分析、驗證性因素分析、內在結構適配檢測、重測信度與效標關聯效度分析;第二階段的樣本為來自相同地區663位高中、職一年級學生,所蒐集的資料用來進行複核效化檢測。驗證性因素分析中經過一系列模式競爭分析之後,結果顯示,二階單因子模式最能解釋人際關係認知能力量表。此一模式經過信效度分析之後,顯示模式之觀察值與潛在變項有良好的信度、聚合效度、區別效度及效標關聯效度。此外,複核效化的檢定也證實此模式具有穩定性及預測力。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to develop Adolescent Cognitive Competence of Interpersonal Relationship Scale based on Selman et al.’s (1992) the Tripartite Interpersonal Model. A series of analyses were conducted to examine the scale’s reliability and validity. The first sample set including 417 10th graders from Northwestern Taiwan was used to examine the factor structure of the scale by confirmatory factor analysis. The result of competing models indicated that the second-order factor model was the most efficient one. The internal-component evaluation of the model found that latent variables have good reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and construct validity and criteria validity. The second sample set including 663 10th graders from the same areas were used for the cross-validation. The results confirmed the model’s stability
and predictive power.
