本文旨在探討荀子的政治策略,以及對校長在學校行政運作上的啟示。主要以文獻分析進行資料蒐集分析整理,探討荀子的政治策略,包括個人策略與組織策略。最後提出荀子的政治策略對校長在學校行政運作的結論,分別為:1.以「以身作則」的德行,示範感召;2.以「勤學不輟」的精神,培養專業力;以「正面教育引導」的方法,形塑優良校風;3.以「釐清事情的輕重緩急」的態度,對計畫周延考量;4.以「倡導溝通,不隱密事情」的技巧,達成相互信賴;5.以「分工專職、任用有賢有能之人及激勵」的策略,使成員上下一心;6.以「禮的規範與法的政令規章」的實踐,維持學校秩序的穩定與和諧;7.以「配合當時之時勢,權變活用」的做法,符應社會的脈絡。

英文摘要

This study explores the political strategy of Xunzi and its inspiration on principals’ school administrative operations. The main approach of this study is using literatures analysis for information collection. Xunzi’s political strategy, both personal and organizational, are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the influence of Xunzi’s political strategy on schools’ administrative operations is elaborated as a reference point when principals manage their schools. Finally, conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. to lead by example; 2 using the spirit of diligence to cultivate a professional force and positive reinforcement to shape excellent school ethics; 3. the importance of prioritization in order to plan thoughtfully; 4. the skill communication and no omission, to nurture mutual trust; 5. dividing the labors fairly, employing capable persons and inciting them in order to unify them; 6. practicing of the ceremonial rites and decrees to maintain stability and harmony of the school; 7. coordinating the current situation and using contingent leadership to correspond to the social context.
