防護衣的洩漏對醫療人員之感染風險有著重要影響,傳統評估方式為探討防護衣的穿透率,穿脫是否正確亦影響防護衣的防護程度,故本研究針對不同穿戴方式進行測試,以測試人員身體沾覆之螢光面積來評估洩漏區域,方法上是以影像處理與運算,估算沾覆螢光區域之定義面積,進而評估防護衣洩漏比率。本研究結果可知K型防護衣在2分鐘的全身的洩漏率約為2.04×10^(-4),在10分鐘的全身的洩漏率約為3.15×10^(-3)。P型防護衣在2分鐘的全身的洩漏率約為2.47×10^(-4)。在10分鐘的全身的洩漏率約為4.79×10^(-3)。W型防護衣在2分鐘的全身的洩漏率約為1.04×10^(-4)。在10分鐘的全身的洩漏率約為4.68×10^(-3)。在2分鐘的活動下,W型防護衣在2分鐘的洩漏量是最低的,在10分鐘的活動下,P型防護衣的洩漏率是最高的。結果也顯示隨著活動時間增加,受到pumping effect影響,整體洩漏率也隨之上升。將防護衣與身體接縫處以膠帶密封後,測試在活動下的洩漏率為零。同時,結果發現,主要沾覆螢光處,均是接近防護衣與身體之接縫處,因此在防護衣穿著後實應以膠帶在密封,以避免洩漏發生。

英文摘要

Protective clothing leakage has an important effect on the infection risk of the medical staffs. The traditional assessment methods were to explore the aerosol penetration rate of protective clothing. Correct procedures for donning and removing protective clothing are also critical to affect protective ability. Therefore, different wearing modes have been tested in this study to quantify the fluorescent body areas of medical staffs and assess the leakage level by images processing. The protective clothing leakage ratio can be calculated. The design and test of protective clothing will be improved according to the results of this study in future.This study shows that the total leakage rate of the K brand protective clothing is 2.04 × 10^(-4) in two minutes, and its 10-minute total leakage rate is about 3.15×10^(-3). The two-minute total leakage rate of the P brand protective clothing is about 2.47×10^(-4), and its 10-minute total leakage rate is about 4.79×10^(-3). The two-minute total leakage rate of the W brand protective clothing is about 1.04×10^(-4), and its 10-minute total leakage rate is about 4.68×10^(-3). In two-minute activity, the W brand protective clothing presents the lowest leakage level. Furthermore, the P brand protective clothing leakage rate is the highest in the ten-minute activity. Under the sealing specifications of the Centers of Disease Control, Taiwan, the total leakage rate of three brands of protective clothing is zero. Finally, the transaction seams between the body and protective clothing, such as wrist, neck, and chest, are easy to be stained by fluorescent aerosols. Fluorescent particle sticking areas can be quantified and should not be exposed when wearing and removing.
