本研究係利用放電加工法,並使用自行研製之機電式動態放電被覆試驗機,將電極以絕緣套筒覆蓋,由改變供應電壓、放電被覆時間及極間間隙,探討在不同製程參對數被覆鍍膜的機械與磨潤性質之影響。由實驗結果得知,在供應電壓100V、200V及300V條件下,有覆蓋套筒之被覆鍍層厚度與硬度會隨放電被覆時間增加而增加,當被覆時間超過142s後鍍層厚度與硬度隨時間增加而減少;在相同放電被覆時間條件下,鍍層厚度與硬度隨供應電壓增加而增加,超過200V後鍍層厚度與硬度隨供應電壓增加而減少。鍍層厚度與硬度分別為16.95μm與Hv1453。

英文摘要

In this study, using electrical discharge machining method, and the electrode covered with insulating sleeve, and way to supply voltage, discharge time and gap distance is employed to investigate the effects of different process parameters on the surface mechanical and tribological properties of coating layer.The experimental results, at the supply voltage 100V, 200V and 300V, the coating layer of covered sleeve of the coating thickness and hardness increases with increasing time, but decreases with increasing machining time after 142 seconds. However, the coating thickness and hardness increases with increasing supply voltage at the same machining time, but decreases with increasing supply voltage after 200 Volt. The coating thickness and hardness of covered sleeve were 16.95μm and Hv 1453.
