中文摘要

本研究主要探討國小學童對於學校教育服務所知覺到的知覺價值、學業成就、期望、期望不一致與學校整體滿意度的影響關係。樣本以雲林縣某一公立國民小學 384 位高年級學生為主,進行問卷調查。結果發現:1.學生期望對學校整體滿意度有正向影響;2.學生期望對學校服務運作績效知覺有正向影響;3.學生的期望不一致對學校整體滿意度有正向影響;4.學生的績效知覺對知覺價值有正向影響;5.學生知覺價值對學校整體滿意度有正向影響;6.學生的學業表現對學校整體滿意度有正向影響。本研究並根據研究結果,提出相關建議供學校參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the value perceptions, academic achievement, expectation, disconfirmation on students’ satisfaction at a public elementary school in Yunlin county. On analysis, the major conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. expectation has positive influence on satisfaction. 2. expectation has positive influence on perceived performance. 3. disconfirmation has positive influence on satisfaction. 4. perceived performance has positive influence on value perceptions. 5. value perceptions has positive influence on satisfaction. 6. academic achievement has positive influence on satisfaction. Overall, the findings will provide related suggestions to the administration at school.
