本研究旨在探討一位幼兒園教師如何實施創造性教學,了解其具體作法與教學特
色,所運用的研究方法包含觀察、訪談與文件檔案蒐集等。根據個案教師所實施的創造
性教學整體風貌,歸納其具體作法,在教學目標方面包含認知、情意、技能等領域,教
學內容則指涉各領域活動、符合幼兒興趣與生活經驗、探究性活動與多樣性素材,至於
教學方法包含引導、激發、示範與鼓勵式的教學互動與安排有利創作、溫馨與幽默氛圍
的教學環境,以及教學評量為學習檔案評量、交流經驗與檢視作品。歸納個案教師的創
造性教學具有七項特色:融入主題課程、強調真實體驗、兼重創意與精進、營造創意氛
圍、提供創作情境、扮演創意教師。最後根據研究結果提出教學實務與未來研究上之相
關建議。

英文摘要

This study aims to investigate how a kindergarten teacher implements creative teaching
for young children and to scrutinize the concrete strategies and teaching features. The data
were collected with observation, interview, and documentary method. According to creative
teaching the teacher implements, this concrete strategies include cognitive domain, affective
domain and psychomotor domain in teaching objective; all-field activities, young children’s
interests and life experiences, explosive activities, diverse materials in teaching content;
guided interaction, advantageous environment in teaching method; portfolio assessment,
experience-sharing, works-checking in teaching assessment. This study finds seven
instruction features, that is, (1) integration of Thematic Curriculum, (2) emphasis of real
experience, (3) highlight of both originality and elaboration, (4) encouragement of distinctive
performance, (5) creation of creative atmosphere, (6) provision of surroundings to create, and
(7) role-playing of creative teacher. Finally, based on the findings of this study, we propose
some relevant suggestions for further researches and teaching practice.
