衛生條件及醫療的進步，高齡人口比例明顯增加，高齡者在退休後擁有閒暇的時間增多，生活品質的要求也日益提高，對於休閒的重視程度亦與日俱增。因此有關銀髮族休閒活動是值得研究之議題。本研究釐清不同休閒動機所形成的休閒體驗，提供社區照顧關懷據點相關資訊，增進銀髮族休閒動機、休閒體驗的瞭解，設計合適銀髮族休閒的相關活動。本研究針對高雄市某社區照顧關懷據點共50位銀髮族進行前測，最後以高雄市社區照顧關懷據點發出212份問卷，回收有效問卷210份。研究結果顯示：不同人口統計變項對於休閒動機、休閒體驗具統計顯著差異；銀髮族的生理休閒動機對於正向休閒體驗間具顯著正向關係；銀髮族的社會休閒動機對於正向休閒體驗間具顯著正向關係。

As a result of the hygienic condition and the medical progress, the Taiwan elderly proportion obvious increases. The elderly have more leisure time after the retirement. They ask higher living quality and pay more attention to leisure. Therefore, the elderly leisure activity needs to be discussed more. This research cleared that different Leisure Motivation could affect different Leisure Experience. The results can provide Community Caring-Concern Centers more useful information and help them to design more suitable leisure activities for the elderly. This research first aimed at 50 aged to do pretest in the Kaohsiung County Community Caring-Concern Centers. Finally, the study collected 212 questionnaires from the Kaohsiung City Community Caring-Concern Centers, the valid questionnaires are 210. The Results showed that: there were significant difference among Leisure Motivation, Leisure Experience and Leisure Participation for different demographic; there were positive relationship between physiology leisure motivation and positive leisure experience for the elderly; there were positive relationship between social leisure motivation and positive leisure experience for the elderly; there were negative relationship between physiology leisure motivation and negative leisure experience for the elderly.
