2014年臺灣實施十二年國民基本教育,後期中等教育階段學校為達成因材施教與適性揚才等教育理念,並提升教育品質與經營學校品牌,無不致力於發展特色課程凸顯學校辦學特色並吸引學生就學。 本研究分析後期中等教育階段學校發展特色課程的問題,包括:一、特色課程的定義有待釐清;二、特色課程發展受限於課程綱要與升學制度;三、課程支持系統亟待建置。針對學校如何掌握以特色課程發展與實施促成學校改進或轉型的機會,邁向有機性的創新與永續的經營,本研究從課程發展與課程資源等觀點提出以下建議供學校參考,包括:一、創造特色課程發展的張力與空間;二、建立課程協作網絡;三、深化特色課程實踐的經驗。

英文摘要

The Taiwan 12-year basic education will be implemented in 2014. For post-secondary schools, they try every endeavor to develop their featured curricula to retain their recruitment by promoting their prominent school excellence. The paper aimed to explore the issues of developing featured curricula of post-secondary schools. The issues include: 1. definitions of featured curriculum under review and discussion; 2. development of featured curriculum confined by curriculum guidelines and entrance exam system; 3.urgent need for the curriculum supportive system. Anyway, schools should work on the development and implement of featured curricula to improve and to sustain for organic innovation. From the views of development and resources of curriculum, the paper proposes three suggestions for reference, as follows: 1.to increase the tension and possibilities for developing featured curriculum; 2.to work on building the network of curriculum collaboration; 3. to deepen and share the experiences of practice of featured curriculum.
