鍵「效用」的概念、測量、應用、和限制，以幫助醫療保健專業人員瞭解並正確運用此一指標，做正確
的分析和決策。
英文摘要
: Economic analysis is an important issue in contemporary health care. Among all kinds of economic
analyses, cost-utility analysis is the most widely used method. We introduce the key issue of this analysis --
utility, including its concept, measurement, application, and limitations in this article, in order to help health care
professionals understand and use this index properly, and make correct analysis and decision.
