本研究目的在探討團隊成員對集體獎懲採用均等分配或貢獻分配的正義知覺差異性,並分析團隊成員的正義信念之干擾效果。分析所回收的358份有效問卷,獲得以下研究發現:1.團隊成員接受集體獎勵的正義知覺高於接受集體懲罰的正義知覺;2.團隊成員接受均等分配的正義知覺高於接受貢獻分配的正義知覺;3.團隊成員在集體獎勵情況下,接受均等分配的正義知覺高於貢獻分配;團隊成員在集體懲罰情況下,則接受貢獻分配與均等分配的正義知覺無顯著差異;4.高正義世界信念者對集體獎懲的正義知覺高於低正義世界信念者。本研究針對研究發現討論管理實務意涵。

英文摘要

The study aims at the effects of equal or contributed rewards and punishments done to group members on their justice perception. After analyzing 358 questionnaires, we found that: 1. Justice perception of group members who accepted group rewards is significantly higher than those who accepted group punishments; 2. Justice perception of group members who accepted equal distributions is significantly higher than those who accepted contributed distributions; 3. In the condition of group rewards, justice perception of group members who accepted equal distributions is significantly higher than those who accepted contributed distributions, but justice perception of group members who accepted contributed distributions or equal distributions is non-significantly in the condition of group punishments; 4. Justice perception of group members who high beliefs in a just world is significantly higher than those whose low beliefs in a just world. The practical applications are discussed on the basis of the findings in the study.
