自京都議定書簽訂以來,溫室氣體盤查減量已形成全球共識。我國雖非簽署國,但
政府積極投入盤查、減量工作,教育部亦早已推動校園溫室氣體盤查。本研究以ISO
14064-1 溫室氣體管理系統為架構,進行校園溫室氣體盤查。執行步驟為設定邊界、確
立基準年、排放源鑑別、排放量量化、製作清冊五大流程。研究範圍為臺南大學府城校
區和榮譽教學中心,盤查類型分為範疇一和範疇二,盤查方式利用教育部「校園溫室氣
體盤查工具-排放量試算表」量化計算。結果顯示臺南大學溫室氣體總排放量為7031.99
(公噸CO2e/年),其中外購電力占比例最高,冷媒補充量次之。與它校溫室氣體單位
排放量比較,本校介於中間值。

英文摘要

Green house gases (GHG) inventory has become commonly on the whole world.
Although Taiwan is not a party of Kyoto Protocol, the Taiwan government, as well Ministry
of Education encourages GHG inventory and GHG emission reduction on campus. Our
propose of this study is to conduct the campus GHG inventory of National University of
Tainan according to the green house gases manage framework of ISO 14064-1. There are five
steps in the process, including sitting boundaries, deciding the base year, identifying sources,
quantifying emissions, making inventory lists. The range includes National University of
Tainan(NUTN) main campus and the education center of RONG-YU. Inventory types are
included scope I and scope II only. We used the “the campus green house gases inventory- test
quantification about emission” provided by Ministry of Education as our protocol. We found
that total NUTN’s green house gases emission are 7031.99 tonnes CO2e per year. The highest
green house gases comes from electricity. The second highest comes from the
supplementation of refrigerant. Furthermore, the unit emission of NUTN ranks in the middle
compared with others universities. This study will assist as reference for NUTN’s green house
gases emission management in the future.
