在Ⅱ-Ⅵ族半導體材料中硫化鋅是一個重要的半導體化合物,硫化鋅具有相當大的
能帶,在立方閃鋅礦結構與六方纖鋅礦結構中分別為3.68 eV和 3.911 eV。本實驗利用
電紡絲法製備一維結構的硫化鋅奈米纖維。將硝酸鋅及硫脲溶於乙醇中,再將 13%wt
高分子聚乙烯醇縮丁醛之乙醇溶液加入,混合均勻得到前驅物溶液。在電紡絲製程中利
用不同的工作參數,如電壓、前驅物溶液流速、針尖離收集板之工作距離,取得多組直
徑不同的 ZnS/PVB 複合纖維。最後進行高溫熱分解,便可獲得硫化鋅奈米粒。實驗樣
品經由 X光繞射儀、掃描式電子顯微鏡、能量色散光譜儀來觀察其特徵。

英文摘要

The semiconductor zinc sulfide (ZnS), which belongs to the II-VI family, has a direct
wide bandgap about 3.68 eV and 3.911 eV for zinc blende structure and wurzite structure,
respectively. One-dimensional ZnS nanofibers have been prepared by using zinc nitrate,
thiourea and poly(vinyl butyral) as precursors dissolved in ethanol via a electrospinning
process. By changing the electrostatic voltage, velocity of the liquid, distance between needle
and receiver board, the main effects of different process parameters on the diameter of the
ZnS/PVB precursors electrospun fiber have been discussed. The structure, morphology and
composition of the samples were characterized by using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron
microscopy, and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope.
