The meeting, incentive, convention and exhibition
(MICE) are nowadays very popular and are recognized
as an economic growth industry all over the world. That
is the reason that almost every country is frequently
holding the convention and exhibition. The purpose of
this study is to investigate the strategies of the on-site
management of the MICE industry. This study not only
extracted the on-site management features of the MICE
by using 5W1H method, but also got the best
management proposal by those of Interpretive
Structural Modeling (ISM), Analytical Hierarchy
Process (AHP) and Local Grey Relational Analysis
(LGRA) analyzed. Based on those criteria of green issue,
risk & safety, stakeholders, on-site management, and
foundation in this study, strategies of green issue, cost
and communication were not only suitable to serve as
practical references for the government and enterprises,
but also propose some specific recommendations to
provide important information for meeting, convention
and exhibition stakeholders.
