本研究旨在探究臺中市國民小學校長復原力的狀況,並探討不同背景國小校長復原力的差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以臺中市228 所公立國民小學校長為研究對象,以Friborg 等人編製的復原力量表作為調查工具進行研究,共發出問卷228 份,回收有效問卷186 份,有效問卷回收率81.58%,經進行統計分析後主要發現如下:一、臺中市國民小學校長有中高程度的復原力,各層面中以「家庭團結」為最高,其次依序為「個人強度」、「社會資源」、「未來組織風格」及「社交能力」。二、男性校長的復原力高於女性校長,而在各層面中的狀況亦然。三、年長的校長復原力高於較年輕的校長。四、已婚校長的復原力高於其它(未婚、離婚及其它等)情況之校長。在各層面中,已婚校長在「個人強度」、「家庭團結」及「社會資源」三個層面的復原力均高於其它情況之校長。五、校長年資較深之校長復原力高於較資淺之校長,而在各層面中狀況亦然。六、有運動習慣之校長復原力高於無運動習慣之校長,而在各層面中亦呈現相同狀況。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of the resilience of elementary school principals in Taichung City. The questionnaire, the Resilience Scale for Adults by Friborg et al. in 2006 was used in the study. 228 questionnaires were sent out to elementary school principals in Taichung city, and 186 of them were returned. The returned questionnaires were analyzed by the SPSS for window, version 12.0, including t-test, one-way ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), for the statistical data. The findings of this study are as follows: The state of the resilience for principals of elementary school in Taichung city is between middle and high. The aspect of family reunion is the main support for the resilience for principals, the second one is the aspect of personal strength, the third one is the aspect of social resource and the fourth is the aspect of future organization style. The aspect of social capacity is the last one. Differences were found among principals due to their gender, ages, and status of marriage, principle's administrative period of service and the rate of exercise.
