本研究透過參與縣市對學校的分區輔導會議的觀察、重要關鍵人士的團體訪談,以及伴隨新竹縣市精進計畫的協作等三條路徑,從理論與實踐現場的觀看與理解中,在專業協作與互助成事的理念下,針對目前既有的體系與正在建構的體系中進行理論論述與實踐溝通,找到一個趨近可以實踐理想的地方―學校課程與教學專業進修研習與協作的方式。
This study was conducted through observation of district counseling conferences in schools held by cities and counties, group interviews of stakeholders, and the enhancement program in Hsinchu County. By having a further understands of theory and practice and figuring out the existing system and the constructing system, this study proposed practicable approach on teaches learning plan and collaborative strategies between county level and school.
