The No Child Left Behind Act of (NCLB), signed into law by President Bush on January 8, 2002, is a reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. NCLB is based on educational f accountability and equity. The main purposes of the essay is to understand the development and analyze the achievement and the debate of the NCLB, then to provide implications for Taiwan's policy of education.
